It's a good initiative to put some solar panels on the roof of these public toilets. The advantages of doing it are already mentionned in the text.

All what's produced can be used, so there's no waste of energy anymore!
The fact of putting this energy in the National Grid is a wonderful idea to save energy and to cut energy waste too.

i think this is good initiative. Although the cost is high to place this toilets, but according to me it's worth it. This is a great example for other countries, but i think this is too expensive for some countries, especially now in these financial hard times...
